Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Hi, I’m Becca Merson, a licensed clinical mental health therapist (LCMHC) offering compassionate, client-centered therapy. I provide virtual therapy throughout the states of Utah and Vermont, including Salt Lake City, Stowe, Park City, Provo, Burlington, Montpelier, and rural areas. Whether you or your child are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, or relationship concerns, I’m here to help.

For children, I offer support for issues such as emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, family changes (like divorce), and early signs of anxiety or trauma. My approach is gentle, developmentally appropriate, and engaging. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
